The Tokenization Process

The journey begins with MetaWealth's strategic selection of high-value real estate assets. Each selected asset undergoes a rigorous 100-point evaluation process to ensure it meets our investment criteria and standards for long-term value appreciation. Once an asset is chosen, it is tokenized into an ERC-721 non-fungible token (NFT) on the Ethereum blockchain, representing unique ownership of the property. This NFT is then fractionalized into ERC-20 tokens, allowing for fractional ownership of the real estate asset.
